At Prestiko, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces. Our warranty policy covers only the watch movement and protects against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage:

Covers defective watch movements due to manufacturing faults.

Valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Effective Date: This warranty policy is valid from January 1, 2025.

What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling.

Water damage beyond the watch’s stated water resistance rating.

Modifications, tampering, or unauthorized repairs.

Warranty Claim Process:

Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

If the issue qualifies under warranty, we will provide return instructions.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the defective item.

Upon inspection, if the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the movement at no cost.
